Arsonists attack Mosman Park medical clinic

Updated January 07, 2009 09:40:00

Police are investigating an arson attack on a medical centre in Mosman Park.

The fire started about four o'clock this morning when it is believed two petrol bombs were thrown against the wall of the medical centre.

The fire failed to take hold, however it blackened part of the wall and pavement before burning out.

The building was left intact.

Police are investigating a possible link between the arson attack and graffiti spray-painted on the side of the building with the words "baby killers".

The area around the clinic has been cordoned off.

Officers from the police arson squad will examine the scene later this morning.
