Huddersfield's Lee Clark and Robbie Williams have been crowned the League One Manager and Player of the Month for November.
The Terriers recorded five wins out of a possible six during the month to earn a place in the play-off spots.
Clark has therefore been rewarded and he believes the steady performances of his team are a good basis for the remainder of the season.
He told Sky Sports News: "The key to it is being consistent and that is what we have got to do for the remainder of the season to achieve our goals.
"There are three places to get out of the league and consistency is the key."
Williams, who scored an excellent free-kick in the win at Oldham at the beginning of November, was named the Player of the Month.
