Same Problem

I had the exact same problem that Mikel Dean had. It tried to update, somehow it got stuck. I tried to delete it three times and tried shutting down and restarting my iPad and even though the message said "all you current data will be deleted" it didn't go anywhere. It took two days for the icon to disappear. I just tried to upload it to my iPad again and it looks like the problem persists. IMDB has been my favorite website for years and I have really enjoyed the app but something is really wrong with this version - and I have the latest iOS.

App disappeared

This is usually a good app, but for some reason it went black and stopped working altogether. It looked like it was trying to install, but I couldn't revive it. Tried uninstalling to reinstall it again, but it wouldn't delete. I even tried turning the phone off, and restarting it but that didn't work either. Anyone else having this problem? The one on my iPad still works fine, so this is a real mystery.

Wonderful, BUT....

Thanks for fixing up the app and the bugs and adding new add-ons. The app runs excellently and I really like the new Sorting ability for ratings. However, here is the one thing I'd really like to see: Sort by Year. I want to see what the oldest film I've rated is, and I can't do so through the app. Please add this feature, thanks!
