To be as follows: the state highway engineer or designated representative, the County Highway Commissioner, the Chief of the State Patrol or designated representative, the Sheriff or designated representative, the State Highway Safety Coordinator or designated representative, a representative appointed by the County Executive from the field of education, law and medicine and the members of the 1985 Safety Council.

B. Duties:
The Commission shall meet at least quarterly to review traffic accident data from the county and, upon review, the Commission shall make written recommendations for any corrective action it deems appropriate to the County Board and, where appropriate, to the County Highway, Airport and Facilities Committee and the State Highway Commission and, where appropriate, to any other branch of the local government.
