Description
The new development has been designed to be highly energy efficient. BCM introduced a Combined Heat and Power solution into the design and modelled the building at the outset of the design to determine a range of options for the building.
Benefits

- Demonstrated CO2 reductions were significantly better than the competition and key factor in winning the bid
- PCT target 35 GJ/100m3: Contracted 30 GJ/100m3
