Launceston and Northern Tasmania

Our individual and group recovery programs are flexible and can be combined in a way that suits you and promotes your independence, inclusion and well-being.

Several of the programs listed in this guide can be delivered on an individual basis. Your worker will also support you to access our group programs, including programs facilitated by people with personal experience of mental illness.
