     Jane Wharton was the son of Thomas Wharton, 1st Marquess of Wharton and Lucy Loftus.² He married John Holt on 20 February 1728.¹ He died on 22 December 1757, without issue between and 19 Jan 1761, when her right to the Barony (as declared ex post facto 1915) fell into abeyance among the reps of the daughters of the 4th Baron Wharton.¹
      On 13 June 1733 married 2nd Robert Coke, of Hillingdon, Middx, brother of 1st Earl of Leicester of the 1744 created (see BP&B; 2003 LEICESTER, E).¹

     John Holt married Jane Wharton, son of Thomas Wharton, 1st Marquess of Wharton and Lucy Loftus, on 20 February 1728.¹ She died, by /9.¹
     She lived Redgrave Hall.¹ Suffolk.¹ Her married name became Wharton.
