Georgia Highlands College Success Coaches

The Student Success Coach Initiative was designed to help maintain and increase retention rates by encouraging freshmen to complete degrees. The initiative pairs first-time, full-time students with no prior college credit with a faculty or staff member who acts as their success coach for the year. The coaches offer one-on-one support to encourage students to complete their two-year degree.
