• On-Premise: Runs on your IT infrastructure and managed by your IT team. It gives you greater control, long-term ownership, and requires upfront investments for hardware, software, and implementation services.
• Managed Hosting: Runs in The Pilgrim Cloud, reducing the burden on your IT team and eliminating your need to purchase hardware. You will purchase only the software and implementation services. Your validation activities are reduced because Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) are handled by Pilgrim at no additional cost to you.
• Software-as-a-Service: Runs in The Pilgrim Cloud and eliminates the need for you to make an initial purchase of hardware, software, or implementation services. Instead, your purchase is distributed over the life of your service subscription. Your validation activities are reduced significantly as Pilgrim handles both the IQ and OQ activities, and your deployment is live and ready to use in just 30 days. We call this offering SmartStart.
