Eve Pollard OBE
Eve Pollard began her long career in journalism as assistant fashion editor at Honey Magazine. She went on to be the first woman editor of a national newspaper editing the Sunday Mirror and then the Sunday Express. Eve then went on to launch Elle magazine in the US and has edited supplements for most of the UK's major newspapers.
She is the author of the biography "Jackie" (about Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis) and had a very successful novel "Jack's Widow" published in 2006.
She is also a Visiting Fellow at Bournemouth University.
Eve is the Honorary President and founder member of Women in Journalism and has been Vice-Chairman of Wellbeing of Women since 2003.
