RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. See below for addition information regarding our return policy.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise, or 14 days for sale merchandise.
  • Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
  • Items purchased on HerveLeger.com must be returned to our Web returns center and cannot be returned or exchanged at Hervé Léger retail stores.
  • All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached, including the authenticity card and sewn-in security tag.
  • Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear must be returned with the original sanitary lining and packaging intact. Fragrance products must be unopened and in their original packaging; please see Return Exceptions for further details.
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.
  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN

HerveLeger.com has provided a pre-paid return label for shipments delivered within the United States to make your return easy. Simply follow the directions on your packing slip; be sure to include the reason for your return so that we can process your refund properly. See below for details about the return process:

Using the included pre-paid return label (U.S. only):

  • Your packing slip includes a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. No postage is required.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund ($8.00 per package).
  • Drop your package off at your nearest FedEx location. Click here to find FedEx drop-off locations in your area.
  • Your pre-paid return label is trackable; please contact us to check the status of your return package.
  • Returns completed using the pre-paid return label will process in approximately 14 business days.

Using your own shipping method (U.S. only):

You may also make your return using any other trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using your own shipping method.

If you have lost your packing slip and return label, we can provide you with a replacement pre-paid return label. Please contact us at 1-888-870-4710, seven days per week, 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. CT Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. CT Saturday and Sunday, except when closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.

REFUNDS

See below for details regarding refunds:

  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment.
  • If you received your merchandise as a gift, the refund will be processed back to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
  • All refunds will be for the full dollar amount of your purchase, minus original and return shipping charges.
  • Returns made using the pre-paid label included on your packing slip will be processed within approximately 14 business days.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1 billing cycle after your return has processed for the credit to post to your account.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

All returns must be made within the time period specified in our return policy and in new, unworn condition. Some product categories also have additional return requirements; see below for details.

Footwear

All shoes must be worn on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Swimwear

In order for us to accept returns on swimwear, the original packaging and sanitary lining must be intact and undamaged.

Fragrance

Fragrance products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and must be returned using ground transportation.

FINAL SALE

Items reduced 60% or more off the original price are considered Final Sale and not returnable for refund or credit.

GIFT RETURNS

Our gift card program is on the way! Until then, returns for any item you receive as a gift will be credited back to the purchaser’s original form of payment; please contact us if you have any additional questions.

WEB/BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

All returns for items purchased on HerveLeger.com must be processed through our Web returns center; items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in-store.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE

Unfortunately, HerveLeger.com is unable to process returns for items purchased at Hervé Léger stores through our Web returns center. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them or to the store closest to your home. Click here to locate a store near you. Please note that items purchased at a Hervé Léger boutique cannot be returned to a department store. You may return in-store purchases within 10 days in exchange for store credit.*

Hervé Léger merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to that store. Please contact the individual retailer for their return policy.

 

*Please note that this policy does not apply to sale merchandise, swimwear, footwear, handbags, or accessories. For information on returning or exchanging these items, please contact the store where you purchased them.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If an item that you have purchased from HerveLeger.com goes on temporary sale or is permanently marked down within 10 days from the date of your purchase, you may contact us for a one-time price adjustment on that item. Credit will be applied back to your original form of payment.

If you place an order during a promotion and would like to exchange your item for a different size but still retain the sale price, simply contact us within our 30-day return window to process an exchange.

We are unable to offer price adjustments for Hervé Léger merchandise purchased at Hervé Léger boutiques or other stores. Please contact the store directly for assistance.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your HerveLeger.com purchase for a different item or size, please return your original merchandise via one of the methods outlined in How to make your return and place a new order by calling us at 1-888-870-4710, seven days per week, 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. CT Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. CT Saturday and Sunday, except when closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, and standard shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order.
