For Estate Planning Purposes My Sister Will Be My Power Of Attorney

Estate planning always looks like it's about money and belongings, but it is also about protecting your best interests. Many people end up finding themselves in positions where they may be unable to make decisions for their own reasons.

In these instances, you want someone you can be confident. My power of attorney of these type of medical situations and so on is going to be my sister. We are also likely to name her as executor of my will. I haven't quite gotten that far yet, but I'm going to get all of that presented sooner than later.
