I just turned 34, started a new career, and was feeling a little lack luster. I tried everything: nootropics, b complexes, stacking of all various varieties, zinc, magnesium, even provigil. I read a little bit about testosterone boosters and started researching. I thought that because of my age it wasn't a testosterone deficiency, but as I read more, age doesn't necessarily indicate that you have sufficient testosterone. I've been taking T-250 for approximately 3 months now. I noticed increased energy and stamina at the gym within a few days. After 30 days I noticed I had lost some weight. I never get on the scale but my clothes were looser in the waist. Lifting weights is where I really could tell T-250 was working.
