Not surprisingly, this year's World's Most Beautiful Woman feels most beautiful when she's with family. "Around the house, I'm in jeans and a T-shirt. I don't really wear makeup," the actress tells PEOPLE of home life with husband Chris Martin and their two children, Apple, 8, and Moses, 7. And at 40, Paltrow says she feels better than ever thanks to the Tracy Anderson Method. "It makes me look younger and feel strong," she says of the workout she swears by.
