PCL Construction to Build 400-foot-tall Downtown Seattle Apartment Tower

Seattle, WA (March 27, 2015) – PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Seattle broke ground today on the new 400-foot, high-rise Tower 12 Apartments located at 2nd Avenue and Virginia Street in downtown Seattle.





Standing at 34-stories tall, the residential high-rise will house 314 apartment units with an array of luxurious amenities including a gym, library, lounge, and a rooftop deck with views of Elliott Bay. The 500,000-square-foot tower will also feature a theater, conference room, 7,000 square feet of retail space, and five levels of below-grade parking.

Designed by Weber Thompson, construction of this extraordinary apartment complex is scheduled to be completed in May 2017.
