Dara Khosrowshahi was elected to the Board of Directors of The New York Times Company in 2015.
Mr. Khosrowshahi has been president and chief executive officer of Expedia, Inc. and president of Expedia Worldwide since 2005.
Previously, Mr. Khosrowshahi held various positions at IAC/InterActive Corp from 1998 to 2005, including president and chief executive office, IAC Travel, in 2005, and executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2002 to 2005. He also held various positions at Allen & Company LLC from 1991 to 1998.
Mr. Khosrowshahi serves on the board of directors of Expedia, Inc. He previously was a director of eLong, Inc. (a majority-owned subsidiary of Expedia, Inc.) and TripAdvisor, Inc.
