Hi, the adapter for the iPhone seems to have failed. It won't charge via power pack or wall charger anymore. It still charges stuff when the adapter is removed though. Any idea on why so and how to solve it?

We paid about $25 in a "Early Bird Special" a year ago, they promises us the retail value will be at least $45.
Some backers not receive the produc yet, but you can buy same cables in Amazon and many other stores for less than $20, and receive it in less than 2 days.
This is very harmful to the entire crowdfunding community. Kickstarter, you must put an eye to funded projects and force the scammers to return the money.
Good news, replacement cable arrived in UK and working, Bad News, UK Tax authorities charged £11 for the package (inc. £8 handling fee). @creator please in future, if the item is a replacement item, set the value to ZERO, stating replacement

Don't feel bad at least people here have got their cable. Mine has been in processing for over a month since the forgot to send mine and I'm still waiting. An eta would be nice, considering all the emails that problems have been addressed. They haven't, and stop telling me it's in processing and actually deliver what I paid for.

The majority of the cables may emit a slight high pitched noise as the frequency of the current may become audible.
Please reach us through direct messaging, if you have any concerns about the product that you received.
We have completed shipping out the majority of pledges and also the shipments to backers that had issues with their first shipment.

Hello everything works well but has a sound that is annoying but if the cable is used to charge at night and in the car when the volume of the music sounds even more sound, is beyond repair or is part of the problem for the rest it is very good product.
Received my replacement last week (or two). Thank creator for that but the high pitched noise is not solved yet. Im appreciated the attitude of the creator for sending the replacement. But I hope they can send me a final product and i can wait.

I contacted via "contact us" about a week ago. Still no reply. I could use my cable glowing only for a few days. Very disappointing.. I hope they have tested the cables properly before sending..
i got mine today (big trip to Chile) and doesn't charge :s my phone, gamepad, etc. , on my computer keeps d/c when i connect for example my phone or gamepad , turn on and off, now just don't charge at all. it's dead. can you message me please?, On my PS4 don't charge too, turn on like 1 second and then dead again, try to connect again, then turn off and my controller don't detect the cable at all, but when i connect a simple black one works. i did a video to show you, thanks.

All cables that were defective or not working have been or are being replaced. If any new issues do arrive with your replacement, please do direct message us and we would be happy to get it resolved.
As addressed in the update, we have completed 99.9% of our project resolving concerns backers have, as they come in.
Fast charging - All cables should have no issue working with fast charging. You should be able to use your cables with any wall adapter or device regardless of fast charging or standard. Majority of backers have no issue working with there fast adaptive charging.
High pitched noise during operation - We are testing the cables and addressing this issue. We have resolved almost all concerns via the backers that direct messaged us.

Why do people insist on leaving messages on here if not received their cables, when the creators have stated time and time again to direct message them!?
@Ramachandran all of the cables are micro USB, the iPhone choice of cable comes with an adaptor that you plug the cable into. It would appear that some people haven't received the lighting adapters, me included!! But I was told hey will be posting these out to people.
I was sent a micro USB cable even when I had asked for a iPhone cable. You asked to message directly I did that twice but no one responded to me, are you going to send me the correct cable?
Totally disappointed. Though my cable works, it doesn't glow anymore. Good thing I only supported one cable. It is now just an overpriced iPhone charger cable.
Mine still not arrived, not even got the card saying I have to pay more ££££. Have messaged but like most people here and a week of waiting still no reply

I've got the second cable (replacement for first defect) and ITS STILL NOT WORKING! It's so very very very disappointing.
Same problem, loading=perfect, sync=perfect, light? No light.
What's the problem? I'm using an original Samsung and Apple Power Adapter, nothing else.
Is this cable suitable for a (new from 2016) Samsung Power Adapter delivered with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge?
