Southeast Wisconsin Divorce, Real Estate and Business Lawyers

Attorney Randall Leece began practicing law in Elkhorn as an associate and eventually a partner at Sweet & Leece. It was at that law firm that he began working with Ward Phillips, another associate and eventual partner of what would become Sweet, Leece & Phillips, S.C.

While the partners maintain a strong commitment to providing aggressive legal representation in the areas of family law and divorce, real estate transactions and litigation, and business formation and disputes, they also pride themselves on their strong roots in the community. Simply stated, they believe in giving back to the community.

Randall Leece, Ward Phillips and associate Kelly Nickel maintain a high profile with their pro bono seminars and services for residents in Elkhorn and throughout Walworth County. The firm has sponsored teams for the Elkhorn Youth Soccer League, the Elkhorn Youth T-Ball League and other community and nonprofit organizations. Matheson Memorial Library recently received a $10,000 donation from the firm for a necessary expansion to better serve the county.

The partners also serve in capacities as the City of Elkhorn's attorney since 1999 (Mr. Phillips) and the Village of Sharon's attorney since 1988 (Mr. Leece).
