Rafael,
I've been an admirer of your painting skills for sometime and this miniature is no exception.
I think it's a beautifully painted and detailed miniature.
My only personal reservation about it is that it's an Imperial character masquerading as a Bretonnian...
I guess you could say you can get away with as Artistic licence.
Being Bretonnian is not defined by wearing soddy outdated chain armor! All my Lords will wear good-quality plate mails and all my maidens will be fair to the eye!

Rafael, this model is utterly beautiful. I don't think that this particular picture demonstrates that the best - but this is the one in the lead. I'd think you stand a pretty good chance...

Nah, as Sir Guy said the Empireness will doom my chances (and Lord Westian is clearly superior in skill). And sadly the light conditions on the day I took photos did not favor me either - I had hoped for some sun (it is rare to see one for weeks in Estonia during October-December period) but the day was absolutely cloudless and the sun was so intense that despite my best efforts it shined through curtains directly on the set :(

Oh come now Rafael, I'd say we have a close match. Something that this miniature vibrates is character. The excellent conversion work makes a very fluid and dynamic pose. The face shows so much expression. Whether you win or not this is a miniature to be proud of.

Oh don't worry, I am mighty proud of it. It is my main character and general (actually sort of alter ego of myself even) and I really like how it turned out :)

Rafael,
Well, I'm certainly pleased to hear that.
