Report fraud, corruption and other misconduct
The Report Misconduct Form allows you to report misconduct concerning Transport for NSW employees and contractors. You can also make a report by emailing report.misconduct@transport.nsw.gov.au or calling the Reporting hotline on 1800 302 750.
If you are an employee or contractor of a Transport operating agency (such as RMS, Sydney Trains, NSW Trains or STA) and your report is regarding corrupt conduct, maladministration or serious and substantial waste within your agency, please contact a nominated disclosure officer within your agency so your report can be assessed as a Public Interest Disclosure. You can find your agency’s nominated disclosure officers details on their intranet.
