Yes the horse is converted, but quite easily, I simply tunred the entire pose a little upwards (okay, I had to cut & reposition the right hind leg and divide the horse body at behind the saddle, tilting it to a more "arched back" pose...)
On the painting: the diea was to have a BSB who retains his own heraldry and coloration on his garments, horse and helmet decoration. But he caries that Banner with the other colour scheme, and also has a cape that fits this (presumably given to him by the Lord he serves as a sign of trust or service or something)
Also, one of the two flags on his helmet is painted in the red-yellow scheme, and the othe one is white-blue...
I kinda botched the sword, though... was supposed to look magical, now it looks like greenish rust...
