Automatic exchange of information (AEOI)

The legal foundations for introducing the AEOI should enter into force on 1 January 2017. On 6 July 2016, an additional dispatch on agreements with various countries was adopted.

Third series of corporate tax reforms (CTR III)

The third series of corporate tax reforms should put an end to the different taxation of domestic and foreign company profits by the cantons. Parliament approved the bill on 17 June 2016 with some changes.
