City striker Ryan Bowman has left the club to join Conference Premier side Torquay United on a free transfer.
Ryan joins the Gulls on a two-year deal.
The 22 year-old forward joined York City last summer from Hereford United and made 43 appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring eight goals.
