- How do I
find out
about scholarships?There are many types of scholarships available for those starting study in 2015, including Entrance Scholarships, Emerging Leaders, Sports and Dux Scholarships. You can find out more on these scholarship by doing a search or by visiting our departmental or college pages. - How do I know
if I'm eligible?Each scholarship application form outlines the relevant eligibility criteria (eg subject/course, level, citizenship, age, gender, school etc). Apply for all of the scholarships you are eligible for, as it is often possible to hold more than one scholarship each year. - What if I'm doing
a gap year? If you are planning on going overseas on a gap year you may need to apply for the scholarship before you depart. Find out more from our Application advice page. - How do I apply for
a scholarship? Application forms for scholarships managed by UC are usually available eight weeks prior to the closing date. Other organisations also offer scholarships that UC students can apply for; check with UCCareerHub, community groups or your school for further information.
Got Merit? Got a scholarship?
Unlimited number of UC Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships are available to those who gain NCEA level 3 Merit or Excellence endorsements in year 13.
