OMG this is enough to look elsewhere

In our family we have 7 iPhones 6 Macbook Air laptops, 4 iPads, 3 iPad mini, 3 Apple TV and 1 iMac. I only use Microsoft products at work because I have to. Yes Apple products are good but it's the support that keeps us coming back. This new app has totally destroyed that. I have been trying for 2 days to figure out how to make a Genius Bar appt. What used to be a few intuitive Apple clicks on the Apple Store app is now a horrible experience that reminds me of using Windows 10 and Internet explorer. Did Apple gobble up some out of work Microsoft programmers to put together this new app. If this is the new Apple I will be reevaluating my next computer purchase and suggest all reevaluate their portfolios both computer and stock. Apple headed down is the next headline I'm expecting to see. Come on guys. Get it fixed. We're still here. For now.

Considering this is Apple...

Apple should have a stellar app, and the primary focus of the update is about tailoring the products you see to the devices you own. This feature is worthless, since the "accessories" for the devices you own include entirely different products. Example: the Apple TV filter still lists the Airport stuff as accessories. Those are not even accessories in the slightest, they are an entirely different product line dealing with a completely different concept, i.e. Networking. As a consumer, I am well aware of the "networking" category, and thus it is useless and annoying to claim networking products as accessories.

Apple Store app should allow Apple ID different from App Store Apple ID

I love how the Apple Store app works -- it is a very visually pleasing way to shop for Apple products. But each time I use it I am frustrated that I cannot actually complete a purchase due to the fact that I use one Apple ID for all music and apps and a DIFFERENT Apple ID for my hardware purchases.
The billing account / credit cards are different.
I need to be able to change the Apple ID used in the Apple Store, independently of the Apple ID used in the App / Music store.
Bottom line is until you fix this I will delete the Apple Store app every time!
