About RINF Alternative News

Launched in 2004 RINF Alternative News is one of the UK’s first completely self-financed and 100% independent news organisations.

If you’d like to get in touch I’m usually found lurking on or Facebook or Google + and welcome your thoughts and opinions.

Why RINF is needed:

I established RINF to function as a vehicle for justice; to highlight political, military and corporate corruption, and to serve as a counter-voice to cut through the noise and hyperbole of a mainstream media which supports government policy without question or investigation.

How we are Funded:

To keep ourselves truly unbiased, unlike the vast majority of independent news organisations, we refuse to accept corporate or government grants in any shape or form and our funding is solely dependent on contributions from readers and banner ads.

Projects:

Since 2004 we have worked on a number of projects.

Free-to-attend events featuring prominent researchers, authors and activists.
Documentary films exposing political, corporate and social injustices.
British television show revealing the crimes of Western leaders.
Free web hosting for progressive campaigns and groups.
