Speaking Ruth to Power

In itself, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's intervention in the Chrysler bankruptcy doesn't amount to much. As blogger Lyle Denniston notes, Ginsburg's order "simply gives her or the full Court more time to ponder whether to postpone the sale further, or allow it to go forward":
