As we've told you in the comments, Laurent has been injured last weekend.
He wanted to share some news with you.
"Hi everyone. Following my accident of last weekend, I'd like to reassure everyone. My surgery will take place on Monday. I've just met my surgeon, Dr Pieret, and I couldn't be in better hands. He's very confident about the expected results. Regarding our work, everything will keep going on with Slidenjoy, thanks to my partners! I'd like to let you know that after my surgery, I won't be able to speak for at least 4 weeks. Don't try to call me, communication won't be easy! PS: Don't worry, I still feel good! Thank you for your messages."
We've been a bit distracted this week, due to this incident, but we'll be fully back on Monday.
Everything is still on track, we'll post you a video as soon as we've met the engineering team.

@Axel Mertes: You can send your new design to the email production@slidenjoy.com . The earliest you can would be the best time. Dimensions are still the same!

Regarding the shipment:
I believe we can still have them "customized" with our own designs?
As time flies, the ideas for my personal design changed as well. So I would like you to re-confirm that the originally mentioned dimensions for customization designs and resolution still apply?
Or - if they changed for any reasons - can you mention them here and where and when to send them, so that no delays occur with the final shipment.

We'll start shipping in November. All the technical issues we've encountered are now fixed, such as the hinges problem. And now, this is the last steps, setting the production into place and beginning the delivery!

I share Mauro's concern. I definitely need a firm shipment timeline. I can understand a new product launch having delays but, this is not how to operate a startup. There are other similar products coming to market.

You mentioned "Everything is still on track", can you elaborate on that?
Any idea of when our products will be shipped?
As mentioned by other in the previous post we are now over a year after the initial deadline for the shipment (which was than moved to Christmas and after that to April than no Info)
