Account Manager

Utilize Account Manager when you need to manage your tickets match by match, transfer/email to friends, or when you need to print from home. Can’t attend? There are many ways to find value in your membership. Use Account Manager to:

  1. Resell your tickets on the Sounders FC Ticket Exchange
  2. Forward your tickets to your friends, family or coworkers so they can easily download their ticket on their mobile device
  3. Donate your tickets to local charities conveniently
  4. Print your tickets from home
 

FAQ

I am Sounders ‘Til I Die, what does that mean?

As Sounders ‘Til I Die, you signed up for the most convenient way to secure your season location for future seasons. To secure your seats for the next season, you will receive an invoice in August detailing your purchase of your season membership and have one month to make any edits through your fan relations representative. On the first business day of September, we will automatically set you up on the longest payment plan available and charge the card that is on file. If you do not need to make any changes, no need to worry, your seats are secured!

At what age does a child need their own ticket?

As soon as a child has their 3rd birthday, they are required to have their own ticket. Prior to his or her 3rd birthday, the child can attend a match without a ticket as long as the child sits on the parent’s lap.

How do I relocate or add seats to my membership package?

One of the benefits of your season membership is automatic enrollment into our seat relocation and additional seat process. You must renew your current seat location in order to participate in this process. You will receive an email with an assigned appointment time once the renewal process is complete. If you’re happy with your seats and don’t want to make any changes, simply ignore the email and your current seat location will remain.

How can I refer a friend to receive season tickets?

You can refer a friend by either filling out this form or by calling your personal fan relations representative. Seat location is subject to availability. If the friend successfully purchases a season membership on his or her own account, then the original season ticket member receives an exclusive pre-match pitch experience.

Am I able to transfer ownership of my tickets?

During the 2017 renewal process, primary account holders are allowed to transfer ownership of tickets to individuals who are designated on their account or immediate family members. All account transfers must be completed by the renewal deadline, September 1. No transfers will be permitted after this date. Legacy pricing is nontransferable besides to immediate family members (Season Ticket Account Holder’s spouse/domestic partner, parents/legal guardians, grandparents, siblings and/or children).
