Weekend Media Festival 2011 was my first visit to both Rovinj and Croatia and I can safely say, based upon the wealth of talent, drive and creative hunger I witnessed, I will definitely be returning. Hopefully with other colleagues in town. What the WMF has achieved with this event is astounding and never have I felt more welcomed at an overseas event than I have this at Weekend in Rovinj. Good job!

I had a lot of fun on the panel, on which we have discussed many important issues concerning the future of print media, and it seems to me that we entertain the audience as well.

I have been fortunate enough to travel around the world and attend some of biggest, most spectacular events around the globe; I can honestly say that Weekend Media Festival is the most fun and refreshing event I have ever attended.

A huge thank you to all of you who have invited us (especially me this first time) and hosted in Rovinj! I had a blast hanging out with everyone and regret the fact it lasted so short. From my heart I thank you again for the weekend that exceeded all expectations.

I thought the event was excellent. Rovinj is a beautiful setting for the festival and there was a massive attendance with the lectures full to overflowing. For me the best part is the sharing of ideas and latest learning, such open sharing of best practice can only help us as all as industry and put those that attend and learn at an advantage.

Panel 'Food feeds the media' in which I participated was a well thought out and organized! Moderator Rene Bakalović was the right choice, a man skillful enough to guide the conversation and allow everyone to express their views.
