How to request for a return or replacement?

Terms & Conditions

  • First Information about damaged product to be shared within 1 day from the date of delivery at given mail address.
  • Details about damaged guitar to be shared within 15 days from the date of delivery at given mail address.
  • For Replacement or Order cancellation, without any valid reason refund will be done by deducting the tax amount, payment processing charges, courier charges and service charges.
  • Original Invoice copy to be sent along with the Product in case of replacement.

Replacement Process

  • You will be contacted by our customer service team on receipt of your mail.
  • If the damage is minor or can be rectified with the help of our customer service team then the product will not be recalled based on your confirmation.
  • If the product has any physical damage, a reverse pick up will be arranged from your place and product will be picked from your end.
  • Based on the confirmation on reverse pick up and completion of financial transactions a new product of your choice (of a value equal to or more than the original product) will be dispatched to you.
  • Follow up will be done till successful delivery of replacement.

What is not covered in the 15 Day Replacement Policy?

Following shall not be eligible for replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
  • Products less than Rs 5000 Selling Price.

Social
