About Rhodes House

Rhodes House, Oxford, is the home of the Rhodes Scholarships and the Rhodes Trust, and offers facilities for educational and other purposes.

Rhodes House welcomes lectures, seminars, conferences, dinners and other events. Milner Hall has a capacity for over 200 people. For further information about the possibility of your event at Rhodes House, click here.

The House was completed in 1928. It was designed by Sir Herbert Baker, who designed major public buildings in South Africa and collaborated with Sir Edwin Lutyens on the design of New Delhi. It is a listed building, grade II*.

Rhodes House and its beautiful garden are open to the public, but visitors are asked to identify themselves to the Porter at the main entrance.
