Become an umi Partner
Would you like to become a partner hotel? If so, it is likely you will be located in a major city centre, will have at least 70 rooms, all of which will be en suite, and you will have a coffee shop operation which can be used to serve a hot breakfast.
We will visit the premises, either in person or by reviewing the plans, and talk through with you the works that will need to be completed. At this stage we should consider agreeing some Heads of Terms which will safeguard your area for a limited period of time and give you the opportunity to finalise your initial business plan.
Once all is agreed we can move towards moving towards signing you up as a full partner hotel

- Operational set up and service delivery consultation and training
- Pre-opening or new opening marketing strategy advice
- Business planning consultation
- Management training
- Social media management
- Revenue training
- Quality assurance programme
- All fees fixed for the first 24 months
Our flexible approach means that there are other ways to work together on a non-branded basis, although you will not get the benefits of being under the umi brand. Our non-branded services include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing support – from SEO to raising the hotels awareness
- Our booking engine
