The Edinburgh University Trading and Investment Club, or EUTIC, is the largest non-sporting society in the University of Edinburgh.
The Fund is divided into seven industry-aligned sectors, which are run by individual teams of students, with weekly lectures from academics and professional investors. The society is supported by a selection of the world's leading investment banks and consulting firms.[citation needed]
Bursary Scheme[edit]
In 2010 the EUTIC, in conjunction with Edinburgh University’s Scholarships and Bursaries Office, became the first UK student-run finance society to establish a Bursary scheme. It currently provides Access Bursaries to two undergraduate students a year.[citation needed]
