the shelf behind my headboard started out last year with only a few things on it. i took it over as i’ve knit many more tops last year and the start of this year 🙂 #projectsweaterchest i’ve also got a purple bin of hats and cowl, my lotion and backup skin care, and overflow vitamins. it feels good to have put all my sweaters back today, ready to be enjoyed again!
from a big pile of veggies and chicken broth and seasonings, blended into a smooth cheesy soup, this batch turned out great with plenty of leftovers. i cooked it for 10 mins, which may have been more than it needed as the carrots were falling apart when i touched them. it blended up more thickly this time than last too, but i may have had more veggies. awesome stuff! #kristineskitchen #yunatheinstantpot #instantpot recipe is on theredkitchen.net under “veggie cheese soup” by me – i need to add the IP instructions in the post (mostly as a reminder for when i make it next) 🙂
