- September 2016 - Ghita Mezzour and CASOS Director Kathleen M. Carley received a PEER award (The Partnership for Enhanced Engagement in Research) from the National Academies of Sciences (NAS).
- July 2016 - CASOS Director Kathleen M. Carley will be giving a keynote on Friday July 29th for the IEEE 17th International Conference on Information Reuse and Integration being held in Pittsburgh July 28th-30th
