Description:

This mod adds a new buildings with new NPC's.
The purpose of this mod is to construct buildings ingame.
Every building is unique (no new meshes) and consist out of multiple construction fases.
Therefore you will need to wait a couple of days before it is finished yet everyday you can check on the building's progress.
As the mod progresses you will become the mayor of a city you have build and you will be able to choose more buildings.

Tax: You can collect tax depending on the number of buildings you've built

Treasury: The treasure reflect the gold you've put in the chest.

Finally out of beta phase. This is the "final" version of the mod, meaning I'm currently working on Oblivion and not doing much for Morrowind anymore. If you find anymore bugs please be specific what the problem is and where you encountered it.

This version should fix any loss of topics or buildings. This problem doesn't always occur so there is no proof that it actually works except for a small test I ran, however the opposite hasn't been proven either. The new version shouldn't require a restart, but in case something does go wrong check the readme. Special thanks to AvianAzure for pointing out this bug.
