Description:On low-end machines, the particle effects in the Propylon Chamberscan reduce FPS levels to below those seen even in Balmora. This plugin uses a mesh by Starcon5 and some new (oridinary) lighting to make the PropylonChambers less FPS intensive and still not too plain. This changes the Platforms, a few lights, and nothing else. | ||||
