Some ideas taken from Wakim's game improvements, however everything is uniquely my setup. All tweaks and/or additions are designed to make racial and birthsign powers/abilities more useful and/or balanced and to make racial and birthsign powers/abilities a better match to the unique history and evolution of each race. I did not depart from the original racial/birthsign intentions enough to warrant this mod being considered a cheat or complete overhaul. I just modified things which stood out as ridiculous or unfair to balance all races and birthsigns. I did add or change powers based on roleplay value, need, and to add uniqueness.
