Description:

Narthel the Garthak collects and sells rare armors. On display in his showroom are ten exceptional sets of armor ranging from stylish to exotic to foreboding. They are for sale, and they are suitably expensive. This plug-in is a merger of armor modules made originally by Sniper Daria (Japanese Armor), Vagabond Angel (Amethyst Armor), Draco Drakonis (Full Dragonscale Armor), Sirius Snape (Black Heart Armor and Voodoo Armor), Carnithus (Demon Bone Armor), Milling Hordesman (Necro Armor), Curry Monkey (Curry's Daedric and Glass Mod, using two of his armors and renaming them Dreadnaught Armor and Neutopian Armor), and Enlightened Daedroth (Tomb of St. Nerevar's Armor), plus Grumblepunk's mannequins (House of Mannequins).

What sets Narthel's shop apart? One word .. showroom. This mod isn't just about selling armors. It's about displaying them so they can be looked at, and admired, and compared.

In selecting the armors for this plug-in, I used three criteria. First, I chose armors that brought something unique to the game, whether that be new types of armor, or completion of an existing set from the game (the dragonscale armor), or maybe a great job of recoloring. Second, I looked for armor mods that made minimal physical changes to the game, and I especially avoided mods with significant quests, so that placing the armors for sale in Narthel's shop wouldn't nullify the purpose of the original mods. (Only the Tomb of St Nerevar's Armor has a small quest. The version of the armor still in the Tomb is enchanted. The version you can buy at Narthel's is not.) Third, these armors are just freekin' hot. They rock. My opinion, of course.

Next to Narthel's desk, you'll find a bookthat gives the author and source mod for each set of armor. That's so you'll know which armor mod a given armor came from, in case you want to go to that mod's Readme file.
I've enclosed the original Readme files. Look for them in your download. The versions of the armors in Narthel's shop have been tweaked. Their armor ratings and enchantability, for the most part, have been boosted. Thus, Narthel's armors are also a good deal more pricey. The armors from the source mods, with their original attributes and prices, can be found where the Readme files direct you.
