SHIPPING INFORMATION

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on Media Mail quotes, unless you specify otherwise. For international shipments, the standard shipping method is International First Class or Priority Mail, which takes minimum of 8-10 days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • - Postage and handling is estimated to be 10-12 percent of the purchase price for domestic orders. Additional handling may be applied to international orders.
  • - All prices are subject  to change without notice.
  • - Prepayment required on all personal orders.
  • - All remittances  in U. S. dollars.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Sebastian Press offers item replacements, store credit or cash refunds on returned merchandise. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of receiving the goods, we will arrange to give you a full refund. Credits are issued on all returns that comply with the terms listed below:

  • - Damaged Returns –-any books received from Sebastian Press which arrive scuffed, torn or damaged from shipping. These items must be returned within 15 days.
  • - Defective Returns—any books received which are discovered to have missing, out-of-sequence, or blurred pages.
  • - Wrong Item(s)—We will refund return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Return Shipment Instructions

  • - Please wrap your return items carefully using ample packaging materials.
  • - Return items that are damaged from inadequate packaging will incur a fee or be unacceptable and returned to the purchaser.
  • - If your order was shipped by USPS and the package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us immediately so that a claim can be initiated.
