Just a note to let people that have been emailing the site know, something happened with my email server and about 99.9% have disappeared . Out of the thusands of emails I've received over the last 10 years I only have about 10 left. July 1,2016.

This site is dedicated to honor these women and meant to be a starting point for future generations to research a family ancestry and understand that these women played an important part in who we are today.
This site is also filling a void in our history by providing students with a link to a history that has gone unrecorded.
For the last three years this site has received between 500-600 hits in the month of March when school students are doing research for the School Heritage Fair’s and last year a project about a war bride took first place in the Western area. This year I hope to put some light on the part played by Female veterans.

Since 2006 I have put in almost 4000 hours into the development, upkeep and expansion of this site. At present this site has 1478 files, 821 HTML files, 28,263 links and 544 external links. I am only one person so if you find an error on one of the pages please send me an email so I can fix it.
This site is still growing and I hoping to provide interesting information and links as I find them.
