OMAO administers the NOAA fleet of ships & aircraft and trains divers to safely facilitate Earth observation.

Student

Students can learn more about educational opportunities that are available throughout NOAA by visiting the NOAA Education Resources website. On this site, you can find information on scholarships, internships, fellowships and post docs, including a brief description of each program, the application deadline, award amount, dates of the opportunity, contact e-mail address and a link to the website.

We also encourage students to explore career opportunities with OMAO and the NOAA Comissioned Officer Corps--one of the seven uniformed services of the United States.
