Password and User Name Information
The Real Estate Commission's website publishes information and offers 0nline services to individual licensees. While a portion of the information is available to the public, some of the data may be accessed only by the individual licensee using a user name and password. The user name and password is also the licensees digital signature while using the online services.
FORGOT YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD?
If you forgot your user name you may contact the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, 8:00am - 5:00p.m., Monday - Friday at 402-471-2004.
If you forgot your password you can change your password online at https://www.nebraska.gov/NREC/password/index.cgi or you may contact the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, 8:00am - 5:00p.m., Monday - Friday at 402-471-2004
NEED A USER NAME AND PASSWORD?
If you are a licensee, you have been assigned a user name and password, follow the above stated instructions. If you are NOT a real estate licensee you will not be issued a user name and password unless you are a Petitioner, Insurance Representative, Authorized Representative of a Subdivision, or a Authorized Representative of a Time-Share Development. If you are one of these individuals you will need to download the User Name/Password form and either mail, email or fax your request to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission.
