Staff Bios
Kelly Dombrowski is a Medical Assistant with over 25 years of experience. She graduated from the Lawton Medical School in Palo Alto, California. Kelly came to Fermilab in 2011 and is the Workers' Compensation Program Administrator.

Caroline Hetfield is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. She graduated from Loyola University with honors in May, 2011 with a major in primary care. Prior to her MSN, Caroline worked as a R.N. (BSN) and certified occupational health nurse specialist (COHN-S) for AT&T; Bell Labs, now Alcatel-Lucent for almost 30 years.

Mary Kroger is a registered nurse with over 20 years’ experience. She graduated from Northern Illinois University (BSN). Mary came to Fermilab in September of 2016, with prior experience in public health and cardiac care.
