  NASHVILLE – Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam today issued the following statement on the nomination of Sen. Randy McNally for lieutenant governor: “I want to congratulate Sen. Randy McNally on his unanimous nomination for lieutenant governor and speaker of the Senate. He has been a great partner in his role as finance chair, and I look forward to continuing to work with him as our new lieutenant governor. “I also thank Sen. Mark Norris and Sen. Bill Ketron for continuing to serve as Senate majority leader and caucus chairman, respectively. • TWRA Informed By USDA NRCS of Funding Deadline to Improve Natural Resources on Agriculture Lands

  The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has been notified by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) that eligible producers in the state have who are interested in implementing conservation practices to improve natural resources on their agricultural land and private forestland have until Friday, Nov.18, to submit their completed application to be considered for fiscal year 2017 funding.
