Directory of Registered Athlete Agents

The purpose of the Kentucky Directory of Registered Athlete Agents is to administer and enforce the statutory authority and to monitor the needs of the consuming public. The Office of Occupations and Professions acts as the service of process for the directory. The division staff registers all eligible candidates for entry into the profession of athlete agents.  It recommends appropriate changes in the law to assure fairness and equality. 


Any registration not renewed by July 1, 2016 will expire.
The Kentucky General Assembly has repealed the grace period for Renewal.  Per KRS 164.6911, all registrations will now expire after one (1) year unless renewed.  We are extending an amnesty period of ninety (90) days for registrants to renew without penalty or additional fees.  The ninety (90) day amnesty period will start on March 31, 2016 and end July 1, 2016.  Any registration not renewed by the end of the ninety (90) day amnesty period will expire, per KRS 164.6911(6).  A person practicing with an expired license shall be subject to the penalties stated in KRS 164.6927 and in federal law.

You must create a brand new username and password.
Old One Stop Usernames and passwords are no longer valid and will not work.
v  Social Security number is used strictly as an identifier to accurately match old system data to new system data.  It will not remain within public view and has strict security.
v Please pay close attention to the required fields when registering your account. 
v When individual Board�s online renewal is completed, we will use the valid email address to communicate any new features or procedures. After your new user account is set up, you can print a new card or certificate. Legacy License Number and License Number will show identical licensure status and are valid to use today.
