Getting Back to Work

IMPORTANT UNEMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

The 10.2% unemployment rate in California has caught many people off guard. In San Diego County, that number is slightly smaller at 8.4%.

Once-secure jobs have gone away - and people are left without the ability to put food on the table, make house payments or afford healthcare for their families.

Unemployment insurance can provide temporary relief for those no longer employed. Thanks to legislative action - benefits have been extended by up to 33 weeks.
