A native of Lexington, Missouri in rural Lafayette County, Attorney General-elect Josh Hawley graduated from Rockhurst High School in Kansas City and went on to graduate with honors from Stanford University. He earned his law degree at Yale Law School and served as a clerk to Chief Justice John Roberts at the U.S. Supreme Court.
Josh is a constitutional attorney who has been to the U.S. Supreme Court, and won. A national leader in the field of constitutional law, Josh has spent his career defending family businesses, farm groups, and individuals from the Washington dysfunction that is stifling our economy and hurting our families.
In November, Missourians elected Josh to serve as their next Attorney General. The inauguration is set for January 9, 2017.
