Chinese aviation students pay a visit

Lt. Governor Owen, center, met with students from the Sichuan province of China on Jan. 17. The students are all enrolled at the Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC) in Sichuan, but are currently taking aviation courses at either Clover Park Technical College, Green River Community College or Everett Community College as part of their training. Next to the lieutenant governor is Qiuqiu Zhenhua with the West China Development International Association in Chengdu. The Sichuan Province and the State of Washington have a long-standing friendship agreement.

Visitors from Hong Kong seek opportunities in Washington
